I was left with a good impression, the food was delicious, the beer and cocktails were excellent, we were also satisfied with the hookah, everything was wonderful, there were no problems. BUT unfortunately, there is a problem, it's insanely loud music, we were sitting in a big company and it was just impossible to talk, only the neighbor could be heard. Why set up tables for large companies if the music is so loud that there is no way to speak in this company.

Overall, I really liked it, it was a pleasant place. I didn't like the performer. The voice is not bad, but it performs academically, absolutely without a soul. The food, the beer, the atmosphere, the staff - everything is cool! Thank you.

We had a table booked, and when we arrived at the bar, there was no receptionist at the entrance, so we had to look across the room for someone who could tell us which table we had booked. having decided on the choice of dishes and drinks, none of the waiters came up for about 15 minutes to take the order. After placing the order, I had to wait about 40 minutes for my dishes. burgers were selected, which were brought cold 40 minutes later. not just cold, but as if they were not even cooked at first, but simply assembled. in response to our remark to the waitress, she called, as we understood, the administrator (she did not introduce herself, she was without a badge), who explained to us in an absolutely boorish manner that there were four of us, we did not pre-order and did not make an advance payment, because these conditions are imposed when booking from six people. What's the point? When we asked them to do something with cold burgers, they didn't offer us anything until we asked them to at least warm them up. The situation spoiled everyone's mood. The waitress tried to solve the issue in a friendly way, apologized, a very nice girl. After some time, the receptionist came over again, trying to explain herself again, but we heard that when tables with a large number of people arrive, tables like ours suffer from their service. a very strange argument from the representative of the institution. In general, we were satisfied with the visit to the establishment, rather thanks to our company, but the overall impression of the bar is spoiled.
