I bought a pool cover in this store, the cover turned out to have drainage holes in the center, in the packaging instructions and in the packaging photo - without drainage holes in the center of the cover. I arrived at this store within 3 days to return an item that does not match the description on the package. The seller is White to me... refused. I asked the question: "Last year I bought a case from you without drainage holes in the same package, how was I supposed to find out that a case with holes in the center, if there are none on the package?" The seller's response: "I should have called China." A woman came out of the warehouse and said, "What's the problem? Sell the receipt on Kufara if it does not suit you ..." Accordingly, I did not like the tone of communication between the employees of this store and me and made an entry in the book of comments and suggestions. The seller .... mocked at home, even took a picture of me on the phone (although I was against it). I explained that such a cover does not suit me, because the pool is located in a wooded area.
In response to my complaint, the seller sent a reply that, allegedly, on the website, there was such information that the case has drainage holes... But I don't understand what the information on the site has to do with it if I went to a stationary store???

The owner of this institution, an individual entrepreneur with the speaking surname Belayts, exposed incomplete data with information about the product on his website. In this connection, he purchased a product (a jack), which, after a single check, did not fit the height for lifting my car.
When trying to terminate the contract of sale, IP Belayts refused to return the funds, arguing that the goods had already been used and now they are not new, with minor scuffs, they say, how will he trade used goods and advised me to put it on kufar.
To all my arguments that this is a jack, it has not lost its properties and it is bought to lift the car, therefore, after the first use by a new buyer it will be in the same condition (with minor scuffs), I did not receive an adequate answer, as well as to the fact that the information on the site was not fully indicated. A well-deserved entry in the book of complaints and suggestions, as well as a bold unit in the reviews. A screenshot from the website and a photo from the jack box are attached (from the information on the website we see that the jack lifts to a height of 278mm-150mm = 128mm, and the stroke of the rod is only 80mm on the box in small print).
