I bought a cutting block for a trimmer, asked for help from a consultant, pointing to the model in the window. With 100% certainty, I was given a block from another model, as I was convinced when I arrived home by trying to put it on my trimmer.
When trying to return to the store, the deputythe manager refused to return it, pointing out that the factory packaging (cardboard) was violated. It is not possible to open the package in any other way.The receipt was in hand, the unit itself was not used.
