I arrived in Minsk and suddenly it got significantly colder, and the wind is crazy. Definitely needed a hat. I went into the store opposite, there was a hat on the tag of which was written made in USA. I came to Collin's and bought a hat 5 times cheaper. Amazing, the hat and the hat.
