I didn't want to write a review for a long time, but I was still forced, you can say. We ordered a frame house, they are quite competent guys, they know their business, they will tell you what to add, what to remove, etc., etc. In general, they do. Questions arose, of course, after the start of construction. On the one hand, where to go without them, but it was initially agreed: there will be shoals - let us know, plus I asked for a regular photo report. I begged for photos for days, and identified shoals during visits to the site. To understand what they can be - starting from an inverted drawing of the foundation (and, as a result, flooded upside down), to the wrong size of the boards, the configuration of rooms and places where windows are installed. I generally want to forget about laying a vapor barrier film. All this was "revealed" exclusively by us. Fortunately, after conversations, almost everything was eliminated that was possible. But how much did we not notice? I hope it's not critical. The construction period, of course, instead of 3 months stretched to 9. But okay, the main thing was built, albeit in a jamb, constant delays, regular removal of workers to other facilities (all other facilities seemed to be urgent, and ours was on the list of long-term construction). And yes - forget about the smooth corners and horizontal floors on the second floor - they probably don't hold that in high esteem. When I sewed up the walls and laid down the laminate, I often remembered them with a strong word. The house was not turnkey and as finances appeared (and compared the proposals of other organizations), I tried to continue to cooperate with them, however, after receiving the final payment for the first stage, it became somehow difficult to contact them abruptly, they did not answer calls, letters in messengers for a long time, and when they answered and said yes They can do this and that - they disappeared again. What for? Why not just say we won't do it? In general, the attitude towards customers during and after construction leaves much to be desired and the total number of joints is simply off the scale. Plus, the work was revealed, it was not done according to technology (there is no lining carpet under soft tiles, which is very serious!!, incorrect laying of the roof itself! plus, saving your expenses by buying a substandard board, and there is enough of another one). I do not recommend it. Extremely.
We were looking for a contractor to fill the foundation for the house in the summer. They decided to build it themselves, but they still entrusted the foundation to a construction company.
Like everyone else, they were looking for someone better, cheaper. And so. At Corwood Construction, they explained everything to us, showed us and even took us to a fresh foundation.
And everywhere they just wrote us the cost and there was no interest in us.
The foundation was filled in on time and efficiently! They were present at the site themselves.
Good guys, let them continue to be like that.
Thank you very much to this company for our foundation. We were looking for a contractor, stumbled upon this company, called , everything was calculated for us and everything is ready within a week . We are waiting for spring to continue construction
