A pleasant cafe with two large verandas near the arena.
There are breakfasts (coffee is not included).
The service is good. The waiting time is average (coffee was brought immediately, breakfast was 10 minutes)
Cozy, beautiful, modern.

The fried eggs are perfectly fried: liquid yolk and solid protein.
Among the disadvantages of breakfast: too bitter mustard, too bitter feta cheese, too salty bacon.
