The department needs to be updated. There is a small island of the Soviet era in the middle of civilized shops and cafes. But for residents and those working around it, it is a very necessary and convenient point. The staff are polite and helpful.

The staff of the postal check-out is friendly and speaks local and Russian languages, so there is no language barrier with customers for postal workers. The interior is clean. There are usually no long queues, but if desired, those waiting can use the sofas at their disposal.
The post office is open from 8.00 to 17.00, lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00.

The communications department has lost a lot in the square, but the employees are still holding on. Lovely ladies regularly call me and my neighbors to collect our penalty notices. They work until 16.00 maximum.
