Meat is above all praise. I've never eaten such mutton as there. The lamb from the tandoor just melted in my mouth. The lamb loin kebab is juicy and incredibly delicious. It should be borne in mind that this is an ordinary dining room where locals eat and the interior is appropriate, but there is a VIP room where it is quite beautiful and cozy, a separate waiter who speaks Russian well serves this room, will tell you everything in detail about the dishes and recommend, even the nuances of local traditions told. You will immediately receive two dishes without ordering, a salad of vegetables and something else that looks like a very thick yogurt with herbs. You can safely refuse this and the salads will be taken away, but it was interesting for us to try and it was delicious. The bill was more than pleasant. For four adults, together with a tip of 450,000 soums, this is 3200 rubles. I recommend visiting this place.

Rumor has it that this is the best place to try tandoor kabob. We decided to go there. They called and booked a table. We have arrived, there are no places. Not much is not pleasant, I had to wait 15-20 minutes. The staff behaves quite strangely, the service is of course in its infancy.
The food is generally not bad. The meat is good. The flatbread is gorgeous. The prices are quite adequate in general comparison with the whole of Uzbekistan.

I recommend tandoor kabob.
But this place is not one of the category for a sophisticated audience. This is a locally colorful version of the food. Don't get fooled by the number. You will be given a tandoor based on the calculation of 300 grams per serving. I must say right away, this is a lot. Pure mutton in such quantity will block your appetite for a very long time. After eating at lunch, I could barely force myself to eat for breakfast. And on New Year's Eve at the table, I barely pecked, despite the alcohol. Even 200 grams, it's for a hefty man, and a lady 150 grams - to eat her fill. The salad will be put on the table without asking, but it's not expensive.

Отличное кафе в пригороде Бухары! Очень большое заведение с непритязательным интерьером, но чувствуется, что пользуется огромной популярностью у местных жителей. Очень хороший вежливый персонал. Ну и кухня на высоте!!! Шашлыки - просто песня!!! К ним восхитительные овощи и фирменная лепешка. Очень рекомендую! Всего 15 минут на такси от города. Никакой городской ресторан даже рядом не стоит)

Наверное, самое популярное место в Бухаре, где готовят мясо в тандыре. Находится недалеко от однойимённой достопримечательности - Чор Бакр.
Мясо просто потрясающее, на 4 человек заказали килограмм, просто объелись.
Обязательно к посещению для всех кто бывает в Бухаре

Скажу честно, сдес одно из самых вкусных блюд из мяса в Узбекистане. Шашлык и мясо "тандыр" очень вкусная, сочная, такая мягкая и с необыкновенным вкусом. Несколько раз был сдес, но каждый раз кушаю как первый раз, с наслаждением. Местечке так себе, не скажу что шикарно, но блюда 5+. Поворам респект. Спасибо ребята. Те кто едет в Бухару, обязательно посетите это место.

I didn't like it. The mutton in the tandoor is half fat, the meat is smelly. It costs 177 thousand per kg, the minimum portion is 300 grams. Of the kebabs, it turned out to be edible only on the bone. The rest (they took each one with a skewer, except ground) tasteless, dryish, cumin was added. Shish kebab for 29 (!) thousand. Achuchuk salad is tomatoes and onions without any seasoning. A teapot of black tea with a grain of 16 thousand. It's expensive for such a diner on the outskirts and tasteless.

The prices are very high and do not correspond to what is written on the menu. We ordered meat in a tandoor for 175,000 and a stick of shish kebab for 22,000, juice for 18,000. We were charged 387,000. They brought 4 sticks of shish kebab instead of one, and a lot of stuff that wasn't ordered.
All meat tastes disgusting: bitter, sometimes raw, and sometimes overcooked.
Avoid this place.
