The best shawarma in the city for my taste. More meat, less cabbage, sauces are not spared. Satisfying. Sometimes you have to wait for the guys to pay attention to you and accept the order. Only this can be understood, because they make a lot of orders there in just 4 hands, probably there is nowhere for poor workers to turn around. You won't enjoy much food on the spot - there are only a couple of tables close to each other inside, and tables are very close on the street too. Delivery or pickup are ideal options. The shawarma fell apart in his hands. This is subject to delivery within 7 minutes. In the first case, the delivery was within 15 minutes. Otherwise, it's good. The sauces are delicious. I ordered a large shawarma on the spot with me, when I came home it turned out to be small, it was very upset, but okay, sometimes I decided to give another chance, I also took teriyaki shawarma with me, big as it should be but super dry and instead of teriyaki cheese sauce was poured, they didn't even warn when they gave it away. When ordering, they warned that they would wait 30 minutes, well, OK, in the end they waited 50 minutes. At the same time, two people were given orders in front of us, who placed the order after us. When asked why it happened, they just smiled at us in response and did not even apologize for the delay.

It's terrible, I live next to this place, and I go to it periodically, since there is an insanely delicious shawarma under the house, but this time they surpassed themselves.
The shawarma was overcooked, you bite the pita bread like a tree, the products tasted like rotten, the meat itself, when I came there was nothing on the spit, apparently they collected it from some leftovers and shoved it at me, considering that I ordered a large one, there was meat there that the cat cried(since this is not the first time I have ordered, the differences were observed on the face).
In general, it was probably the most inedible shawarma in my entire life that I didn't even finish it, I don't want to go here anymore.

I ordered a chilli hot shawarma, which includes mushrooms, tomatoes, pickled cucumber, sort of. According to the composition, everything is fine and everything is there, which cannot be said about the location on Sovetskaya, the feeling that 2 tomatoes are being taken there for all orders🙄
But there were cases when the chicken was with cartilage and veins, not meat, but some kind of giblets, or even boiled chicken😥

We used to take shavukha here and it was not bad, but then something went wrong. Six months ago they took it again, half of the shavukha is pure cabbage. And this is for 10 rubles?
I didn't dare to take it again for a long time. They took it in December and this time it was impossible to eat at all because of the sauce. I just threw it away.
And yesterday I decided to give another "second chance" again, we took two Teriyaki. What a surprise it was to see the skin in the shavukha itself. And this happened in two shavukhs. Personally, I can't stand the skin, so I couldn't finish it.

I'll start with the fact that I took shawarma quite often in the ShawBooks chain of establishments. Most often I ordered through delivery from an institution on Solomovaya Street, since I live in that area. It is almost always very tasty and juicy, sometimes a little carelessly wrapped, but these are small things.
Today I happened to visit their institution on Shchors (I periodically visit this point on my way from work), near 4 polyclinics. Bottom line: I've never eaten such a disgusting shawarma in my life! (and I've tried it in different cities and countries).
I waited for the order for 40 minutes, despite the fact that they put it on the grill 10 minutes after the order, I watched. She's been on the grill for HALF an HOUR! I already knew the result in advance when they gave it to me..
She was terribly hot, and the pita bread became as fragile and brittle as possible. Due to overheating, the vegetables were "cooked" and acquired a different, not the most pleasant taste. From this temperature, the sauce also became so bad that it began to ferment in places, turning into curd. It looks so-so, and makes the shawarma very dry.
Along the way, for some reason it turned out to be rolled in some kind of fat or oil, and half of it was greasy on the outside.
In general, it was impossible to eat it, I definitely won't go there anymore. Some new "chef" was cooking, whom I had never seen there before.
I sincerely hope that the owners of the establishment will see this review and change something.

We made an order for 3 shawarma from the first three lines of the menu, we were warned that the order would wait 20 minutes, we agreed, we visit restaurants often, we understand everything. We received our order in exactly 50 minutes! There was no one else to eat, there were no queues, if we were not alone, then at least we were the first.
Please pay attention to the owners of the business, you have three shawarma done per hour, so you will not earn, but only get bad reviews. I can't advise anything, it's everyone's business, but something needs to be done with the staff, change the concept, this is not a Michelin restaurant, this is a shawarma, it should not be done even for 20 minutes if the customer opened the doors and was allowed to place an order. We didn't get a gastronomic hit either, but the food receiver was pleased.

We came with friends to try shawarma here for the first time.When one of us started ordering, they asked her what sauce to add.To which she asked the cashier what sauces were available.The guy who made the shawarma replied that it was not the first time she had come here and could remember the sauces.(to clarify once again, this is the first time we have come). We waited for our order and started trying. The first impression is good. Then the three of us started to come across burnt meat.It wasn't very pleasant, but mostly everything else was delicious and fresh.

Because of what the shawarma was super hot, it was difficult even to remove the foil from it, because it burned my fingers. The pita bread was wildly over-dried, thanks for the scratched palate.
I couldn't sit in the warmth either. Apparently, due to the lack of a hood, all the smells of the products are very concentrated and the workers open the door.
By the way, the customer orientation is also so-so, the barely lively voice of the staff does not particularly have.
In general, I recommend taking it only with you, enjoy the shawarma in the comfort of your home and during the time you bring it - the lavash will be soaked and will not be like a tree.

The potatoes in the shawarma are so dry that it seems like eating tasteless sand. The chicken is in strange pieces that fall apart and is absolutely tasteless. The assortment is not very diverse, mainly tomatoes, cucumber, cabbage, French fries or champignons. Of course, you can add or remove something at will. But do I have to do this and pay extra? The first place in this city where I decided to have a snack, I eventually realized that in my small town they just lick your fingers and are cheaper.
