Amazingly delicious kutabs! The place is recommended by a native of Baku. The only mini-disappointment is that the waiter advised to order double fillings (greens / meat and greens / cheese) and as a result they became double the price🤨 Well, the business card of Baku is 10% for the service included voluntarily-forcibly 😏

A super place in the center, hot kutabs, with greens 1 manat, with meat and a half, although tea is expensive, 10 at once.
But tourists are being deceived, everyone has their own price.
