I rarely write reviews, but I can't pass it by here. I handled a fully functional laptop for routine preventive cleaning. As a result, the cooler on the laptop makes noise like a tractor. I am not a conflicted person at all, but I made a complaint to this "master", to which he switched to "You" and that it was my fault. Plus, after cleaning, the connectors on the laptop remained dirty, and they said that they were cleaned with compressed air... It's better to overpay a little and go to a normal service center. If you want problems and blame shifting on you, come here.

Terrible service👎👎👎 Irresponsible attitude, I gave away my laptop on June 3, today is November 2. They've been doing it for exactly half a year, every day they say we'll do it tomorrow, in the end we couldn't do it. I came to get my laptop, but they lost it, now they don't give it back. They don't pick up the phone, they don't answer the whatsapp.
