The place was empty anymore, there were 2 tables for the whole hall, they said that there were a lot of people at lunch. We ordered 2 chuchvars, a flatbread, and 1 fried manta ray (I wanted to try it, the price for the city is high, I thought something special would be) the order was prepared for a long time, but if the dumplings were cooked to order, it's a big plus, and the waiting time is justified. This is not a restaurant and they don't know about the courses here. Therefore, when the soup was brought to us, I asked when the mant would be, they said that it was still being prepared, we began to eat slowly, chatting in between, in general, we spent probably about 40 minutes in the institution, we finished the soup when we came to clean the plates, I asked when the mant would be, they said it was still being prepared, I asked if it was for sure? There was a fuss in the kitchen with the waiter, no one came up and explained anything, I went to the cashier myself and asked if he was cooking? The waiter even said they forgot. I said that in that case there was no need to cook, so we went. I sat down and waited, no one carried the receipt, went to the cashier myself, the waiter did not know or could not remove the mant from the receipt. Some lady came out, deleted it, gave out a check, the amount is not high, 3 positions for 55 thousand, but they charge 15% for service, I say maybe in this case, since you forgot to cook, remove the service fee? She answered no. An adult girl of Slavic appearance, I think she studied to work in cafes / canteens. But for an institution that is not the format of ordinary home / national cafes, of which there are many in Uzbekistan, having an Instagram and dealing with professional (at least) photos of the institution should also deal with the staff. Especially by their senior members.
I liked the tortilla and the soup was not bad. I let down the irresponsible attitude of the waiter at two tables, and the negative impression of the administrator's work. Since I stayed nearby for a long time, I thought about going there more often than once. But I will probably refrain from visiting again.

Mantas are not the most delicious in the city, but the advantages are that they work 24/7.... Although the waiters mostly slept and rested... Ordinary mantas turned out to be pretty mediocre, but yeast and fried ones are quite edible... Overall, 3.5 out of 5.... The bottled shivonik turned out to be delicious, but I feel this is not the merit of the institution....
