Absolutely unprofessional behavior of a notary. To start working with one citizen, having received his personal documents, including identity documents, and switch to another newly entered person and starting to address him directly on the personal documents of the first applicant is the height of rudeness, the madness of justice, the concept of ethics is completely absent!!!
