Tk there is no Internet, there was no opportunity to read about this cafe. We didn't warn you in advance. In the evening, the child became ill, found reviews and was horrified - HOW DOES the COMPANY CHOOSE A CAFE FOR TOURISTS?????
It's disgusting that it hasn't been closed yet.
Toilets are holes in the floor, a nightmare. The smell is disgusting, there is no toilet paper.
I also left a review to the travel agency, they spoiled our rest. If there was an opportunity, I would put a rating of "-10".

We stopped at this cafe with an excursion , the guide praised this place . The place itself is beautiful, undoubtedly , a beautiful view of the river and the mountains (for this I will put 5 stars) , but the service was of course at zero. If the cafe director has an agreement with the guides, then why not hire a large staff? One waitress for a group of 25 people.... While our orders were being delivered, half of the people from our group finished and sat waiting for us . As for food, trout fish is expensive 450 ( when we ate 300 rubles + vegetables in Sukhum), and here we also had to buy vegetables separately, which were also tasteless, like fish. We went to the Rizza in a group, made an order for lunch in the morning, a pork and lamb kebab. We were sitting in a company, we were delivered during the tour. We look at the menu (the prices are very decent, lettuce cucumbers, tomatoes chopped it is unclear how 250 rubles) Brought food, picked something (people from the tour began to complain about the food to the waiters) and at some point the girl sitting next to her finds a fragment from the plate in her mouth (lucky she didn't swallow and cut herself)
We look, a piece has broken off from the plate, we look at other plates, half with broken parts. We call the waiter and ask him to call the administrator, to which he says come to them yourself. Approaching them, we were told that the girl was to blame for herself and knocked so hard with a spoon that a piece broke off. After asking for a complaint book, they said they just don't have it!!! How do they work?! They started telling our guides that they had brought bad people to them, shouting at us and insulting us. And in the end, they cursed us and our children in the back!
I do not recommend it, even if you really want to eat! The service is terrible, the owners (administrators) are the rudest people, the food is disgusting, the dishes and appliances are of poor quality (and they are not replaced)!
These people have completely disappointed the opinion of the people in this country!

Terrible cafe, long service. The food is disgusting and the prices are sooo high. We ordered meat with my wife in Abkhazian style. Everything is very fatty, there is little meat. And we were still heavily poisoned, we were sick all day, and so the vacation was short, and another 1 day was spent on smarting. NEVER EAT IN THIS CAFE.
If the place is unfamiliar, always read the reviews before ordering something.

We were here 2 times, the year before last it was delicious and shish kebab and fish, and this year the shish kebab and rubber fish will not spoil anything; but the grilled vegetables were surprised - one tomato, one uncut pepper and a piece of zucchini just as it is not slices and all this is not fully fried. And hominy is so generally - the Moldovan husband did not appreciate the word at all. The views are really wonderful if you go behind all the verandas - the backyard is, roughly speaking, just an oasis. Prices are like everywhere else.

Sightseeing routes from Lake Ritsa are brought here and absolutely in vain, after visiting such an institution I do not want any more excursions!!!

The kebab is over-dried, it is difficult to eat. The potatoes from our tour were not cooked and the meat was also over-dried. And the prices are unacceptably high. Khachapuri is tasteless in Adjarian, one solid thick dough, there is very little filling and it tastes like cottage cheese. On the other hand, maybe this is a plus, at least they didn't get poisoned, as many write here in the comments. The prices for such high-quality dishes are clearly overpriced.
I recommend travel agencies to change the lunch place of tourist groups, so as not to spoil the impression of excursions

Tea was served packaged, there is a spoon, a bag, saucers and no sugar in the mug. They asked for sugar, they served sugar. There is no saucer. It is unclear where to put the bag and spoon. The waiter did not understand what we asked for and how to serve it. There are no appliances, tablecloths or napkins. Forks and spoons are served with dishes. No knives. In general, it's still a canteen with restaurant prices.

I was on a guided tour on August 3, 2022. They asked me to move three times, like to fill seats, it's already a fact that neither a cafe, but a canteen, and it's not clear why menus are distributed if payment is still at the checkout and the quality of service is low.
Excursions come, people are numbered like animals and tied to the name of the guide, and God forbid you forget your number, then there will be nothing but trouble.
There are not even napkins on the tables, salt and sugar are wet, it is not possible to sprinkle them, so everyone unwinds the salt shaker and either climbs into it with their fingers or pours it unscrewed into a plate, carefully afraid to over-salt.
On the way back, after 15 minutes of waiting, my order was brought to me, but under a different number, which became the main one for me and no one here will help you with this if you forgot.
After eating, proudly wiping the fat on his lips with his hand, he went to pay with a card at the checkout.
There was a mix-up with the numbers. Not even the cashier, but the administrator himself began to get personal and insult me during the conversation.
Nearby, a woman complained about a fly in a dish and a dirty table. And the receptionist also raised his voice at her, saying let me show you everything in the kitchen.
After my remark on insulting me, I silently went to the minibus to get home to Russia alive and well, because there are the rules and manner of communication from the 90s in Russia.
For excursions, this is the only and no alternative place to eat. I have passed the information to the tour agency, and maybe I will bring it to the Sochi administration so that measures can be taken to improve the quality of the tour service when departing for Abkhazia.
The only advantages are the beautiful view, and the grandfather who tried to sing all day, but all this did not outweigh the negative emotions and sediment about Abkhazia.

A very terrible cafe in such a beautiful place!!! We went to the Ritz on a tour bus, took us there for lunch. The prices are twice as high as the average, well, if it were also delicious, then it's not a pity. But the whole problem is that the food is absolutely tasteless!!!! I ordered grilled fish with vegetables, I was very sorry. The cashier is rude , not the cashier. They don't give us a Wi-Fi password, they say we don't have it, although the phone immediately found the network. And he was needed not just to sit on the Internet, but to distract for 5 minutes a one-year-old child who did not let him eat!!! The waitress saw it and said to my face we don't have WiFi. I do not recommend this cafe. And tour groups need to notice it!!!

They brought a bowl of incomprehensible rice, there was no meat there, but carrots in huge chunks, the kebab is dry and smoked. We ordered more cognac Abkhazia (we took it elsewhere, we know it's good), brought home-made, tried to sell it. The waiter pretended that she did not understand that it was Abkhazia that was needed. Apsua tour, change cafes, you will lose customers!!!!!

In general, we cannot understand why tour buses stop at this institution, the food and service are disgusting, and the prices are like in a decent cafe. We ordered 2 portions of noodle soup, grilled vegetables, cheese cones, vegetable salad. It tastes like it was cooked by a blind 80-year-old grandmother. The vegetables in the salad were cut decently laid down and dried, onions on top, without salt, without oil, without dressing. Noodle soup with fatty overcooking, grilled vegetables looked like this: a whole tomato, half an eggplant piece and a whole green pepper and it was a little on fire. Cheese cones: a mini small bowl (half of a child's portion) with dry pasta and some granulated pieces of cheese on top. We had an account for almost 1800 rubles . The waiters do not respond much to requests. The impression of the tour can be completely ruined by this place.

The waitress takes an order from a large airline. We are waiting. Then we're still waiting. And more. They bring food to a large company. And we keep waiting. After about 30 minutes, they start bringing orders to us. It would be better not to bring it! Solyanka. The fat layer is 0.5 cm ! You can't eat that! Trout ear. The same layer of fat is 0.5 cm. Fresh. Without salt and seasonings. But the piece of trout is decent. Hominy. That's what you should never order. Neither we nor our fellow travelers ate it. Cold flatbread made of semi-raw cereals without salt and spices! Do not expect any taste from hominy itself, it is such a national dish - unleavened corn porridge. Trout is a small fish, 200 grams. Hungry people also visited this cafe after an excursion to the Ritz. The only plus is the beautiful view of the river. The toilets are terrible (a hole in the floor where you have to squat down). We ordered chicken soup (we asked without greens, brought it with it), pilaf with mutton (where mutton does not smell), trout on the grill (obviously just warmed up, brought slightly warm, bland and tasteless), lamb kebab (3 rubber pieces for 400 rubles), ear (salted), khachapuri too about nothing. They gave 2,100 for three and stayed hungry. Take a snack with you on an excursion, it will be tastier and cheaper, it's not worth wasting time on this place!!
