I want to express my horror and dissatisfaction with the recent visit to the Gossip establishment. At the entrance, we were met by an inadequate employee who allowed himself to make an extremely rude remark that reinvestment would not let us into the institution if we were not ready to leave a sum of one million at the table. It was extremely unpleasant to hear, considering that we always enjoyed visiting this place and spent a lot more!
The attitude of this guard is simply outrageous. He not only humiliated us with his words, but also started swearing at us, which is absolutely unacceptable in any self-respecting institution. Gossip, which we used to associate with high-quality service and atmosphere, turned out to be at a low level due to the behavior of its security guard administrator.
Such an attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable and lowers the status of your institution. I hope that you will take measures to prevent similar incidents in the future and restore the reputation of Gossip.

The service in the establishment was very strange, the sound insulation in the booths was poor, the kitchen was not very pleasant, the waiter repeatedly forgot about the order. They brought the bill, and as a result, they charged almost 600 thousand more from the card. Neither the cashier nor the waiter noticed their mistake. It took a long time to resolve the issue of a refund. For some reason, the cashier was not at all in place and the whole epic lasted about 40 minutes. If you make such deposits, please provide a normal service in the institution. As I understand it, there were a lot of dissatisfied visitors yesterday. I don't want to return to this institution again.
