On the 5th day of operation, the lock broke up. 06.03.2021 contacted the store with a request to replace the product or refund the money. There was no such bag, and there was no money in the cash register either. The director, instead of solving the problem, lying on the couch at home, told the sales consultant that he would call me when the money appeared in the cash register. Since there was not a single mention of the contact number of this wonderful institution in the vastness of Google and Yandex, I decided to personally contact the store again, because I do not have time to wait. But there was no money in the cash register again!
According to the law on consumer protection, the buyer has the right to return low-quality goods within 14 days. The director, lying on the couch, suggested that I wait until his magnificent shopping facility bargains for an unfortunate 210 rubles... Thanks to the neighbors with whom they share the rent, they put their shoulder in a difficult moment, and reported the unfortunate 25 rubles that were missing. What conclusions can be drawn?
1. Zero customer orientation! Instead of apologizing and asking to be contacted later, the management makes the problem of low-quality goods yours. "Wait, they'll call you" is an incorrect approach to the buyer.
2. They sell goods of questionable quality. There is not a word in Russian on the warranty labels.
3. The director doesn't care about the customers! The main thing is to sell and earn. The problem could be solved by driving up in person, but you need to get off the couch... And if something went wrong, wait, you need the money, but I earned it.
Such a service and such a piggish approach to customers are shocking, given that the year is 2021. Even in the market, customers are treated several times better!
