The rooms are clean. A fairly recent renovation. The price is very affordable and there is almost always a room available.
And it's not bad, but:
1. There is no wifi. More precisely, it is there, but only in the general area and not fast. There is almost no signal in the rooms (thick walls, no repeaters).
2. There are no TVs in the rooms either. They are not really needed, but in combination with the lack of Wi-Fi, this becomes a minus. You find yourself in a kind of isolation.
In general, I recommend it.

Wonderful apartment! Clean, bright, matches the photo. For me, very important things: a good pressure of hot water, the water in the shower does not stagnate and quickly goes down the drain.
Clean towels made of 100% cotton and bed linen! Most often, apartments sin by washing textiles on a quick wash and 30 *, from such washing towels stink. Everything is at the highest level here.
There is instant coffee in the kitchen. The kitchen is generally fully equipped, but I'm writing what's important to me. Thank you very much to the organizer, all the best and prosperity.

A great place to stop and stay overnight. Wonderful guest house!!! Four modern rooms, fully equipped kitchen, perfect cleanliness and order. Wonderful hosts!!! The metro is 15 minutes away by car, parking is free near the Dana Mall shopping center. Rustic peace and quiet in comfortable conditions. If you go to Minsk by car, then only to the Black Cat!!! We stayed at the Black Cat from 2.08 to 7.08.22 together with my husband. A lovely guest house.We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and cozy everything is, the photos do not convey the atmosphere (much better than in the photo) .We extended the reservation several times, we couldn't part with this place and the city. It is quiet, cozy, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there (clean bed linen, snow-white towels) 10 minutes by car to Minsk, 20-30 minutes and you are in the center, 45 and you have crossed the whole city. The kitchen is equipped from top to bottom, there are instructions available for all appliances (dishwasher, coffee machine, hob,tea, coffee, you don't need to think about anything). A recreation area with a beautiful view, and how the guest house is decorated with handmade products. It is clear that people approached everyone with a soul, they love their home and their guests. I would like to wish them only development and prosperity, and for us to come back for a visit.

Convenient location of the hotel: not far from Minsk, at the same time the private sector is quiet. The hosts are hospitable, kind people. The rooms are very clean and bright. A very cozy mini-hotel on the second floor of a private house. Four separate rooms, plus a shared living room, kitchen and dining area on a covered balcony. Excellent location, near a forest and a pond. Friendly hosts. They allowed me to stay with the dog.

We came on a business trip. The choice fell on this guest house due to its proximity to work (20min walk) and the price is lower than the cost of the nearest hotel.
From the station to the estate at 7 a.m., a taxi cost 18p. I had arranged for breakfast and dinner in advance, so we went to work well-fed.
The rooms are clean and cozy. They say a Siberian is not the one who does not freeze, but the one who dresses warmly)) - they asked to make the heating a little stronger and our request was fulfilled.
Each room has its own bathroom. The beds in all rooms are single, but if desired, they can be placed as double beds. The owners are quite good-natured people, they ask in advance how to arrange them in which room. The food is delicious, but for a fee. If desired, it is possible to get it yourself. Part of the huge hall is equipped for a kitchen, which has everything you need, up to a dishwasher.

This is the best vocal guest house I've ever met.

A cozy family guest house, clean spacious rooms, friendly hosts, it is possible to cook food on your own in the shared kitchen (there are all necessary appliances and dishes for guests), you can also order breakfasts/lunches / dinners at a very reasonable price, the portions are generous, everything is delicious.
There is a possibility of accommodation with animals.
The house is located in a quiet area, you can get to the center by car in 15 minutes without traffic jams.

Although often in housing that goes for rent, they save on everything. There is nothing luxurious or expensive here, everything is just normal - it's nice to use. Super hospitable hosts. They explained the nuances of leaving the village. The center of Minsk is half an hour away by car at most. When we left, we were given vegetables from the garden. The only drawback is weak WiFi. It catches fine in the dining room.

We went to Minsk with a friend for the weekend. We booked an apartment, but upon arrival we could not get through to the owner. We found the Black Cat's website, phoned, booked and did not regret it. Everything is clean and cozy. The staff is hospitable and polite. They even found ground coffee in the kitchen. There is a shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer in the bathroom...
