The coffee is good, the food is delicious, but not always : ( do not order a branded Benedict . It's a very strange dish. Some strange sour sauce and guacamole of a suspicious color .
The location and interior are cool, but you can smell the old sewer system. I understand, the house is old. But we need to fix it somehow.
