DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADVERTISING OF THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NERVES.
The 7-year warranty is a myth.
We bought two Kentatsu air conditioners in 2019. At first, I liked everything, but only until the moment when one of the air conditioners began to rattle like a jackhammer. The master from this company was called under warranty, he did something and the air conditioner worked for a while and started rattling again.
We managed to contact the business owner Yaroslav, who came personally and eliminated the noise less than a month ago. We learned from him that the specialists who go out for maintenance are not trained for such maintenance and can only do the installation.
We were glad that the problem was fixed this time by the business owner himself, who probably understands these air conditioners better than the contractors doing the installation. Less than 3 WEEKS have passed (!!!), as the air conditioner began to rattle again (I attach a video recording of this heartbreaking comfort). Moreover, when the air conditioner is running, CAUSTIC GAS is now released, causing concern about its toxicity and harm to health.
When asked to receive warranty service (this is only the 2nd year of the 7 warranty years), we were rudely asked to order PAID service by unqualified specialists. Moreover, we were also informed by the above-mentioned owner of the company, Yaroslav, that it would not be easy to get through to these specialists, because they now receive more than 100 calls a day. I.e., the CHANCES OF even receiving PAID qualified service during the WARRANTY period are 0.
But in the near future, I am sure, the maintenance situation should improve, because my next steps to put the warranty issue in order will be as follows:
1) I am contacting directly the manufacturers of air conditioners that this company sells, namely: KENTATSU, HITACHI, FUNAI, FUJITSU GENERAL and DAIKIN. I have worked for several international companies and I am sure that having stated in English the essence of the quality of service for their brands in the city of Gomel, they will take measures against their distributor, if this company is such, and if not, then to the real distributor reselling these air conditioners to Japanese Air Conditioners LLC. The serial numbers of the product will allow them to trace the supply chain without problems, so one of the two will happen soon at least: - the quality of service will dramatically improve and warranty service by qualified personnel will begin, or - air conditioners of some of the above brands will cease to be sold in Gomel for some time until the level of service corresponding to the requirements of these companies is provided.
2) Of course, I communicate with the consumer protection service, because I paid 1300 rubles, including for 7 years of warranty, which is not supported by the seller.
3) I will also contact the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service or the Ministry of Emergency Situations to check the toxicity of the gas sprayed by the air conditioner, because I cannot be sure that my children will not be poisoned by these gases.
As we progress in solving this issue, I will update this review to keep potential customers of the company informed of developments to change the situation for the better)))
I am sure that ordinary people of Belarus deserve better treatment, especially on a commercial basis)))
