Dear management of the HIPPO store, I am writing to you with a serious complaint about the conditions in which your store operates at Kashtanova 2.
I recently visited your store and was extremely disappointed with what I saw. I noticed the presence of cockroaches in the store, which is unacceptable for a trading establishment. In addition, there was a pungent and unpleasant odor in the store, which creates extremely uncomfortable conditions for customers.
Moreover, I purchased products of my own production, which turned out to be not fresh. After using it, I experienced symptoms of diarrhea and nausea. I also noticed the presence of expired products on the shelves, which raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the products that you offer to your customers.
I urge you to take immediate action to resolve these issues. The cleanliness and safety of products should be a priority for any store, and I hope that you will treat this with due attention.
At the same time, I would like to express my special gratitude to the red-haired cashier for her courtesy and professionalism. Despite the unpleasant circumstances, her attitude made my visit a little more comfortable.
