The sprake was closed by a nurse without a doctor's examination, there are no doctors. At least they would replenish the staff with students. There is no one to treat. Where is the administration looking? The rooms are not ventilated and blue lamps are not installed. Just a huge barn full of people. I've never seen anything like it.

While my eldest grew up, we changed about 12 doctors, counting graduates of the institute, who changed very quickly. Of course, we passed this doctor on time for a fee. When my son needed an URGENT MRI scan, the recording was almost a month and a half later. Again, they were paid for. The situation was similar this year with the optometrist.
A question for the Ministry of Health. If there is such a workload, maybe there is a need for another clinic?!

The secretary of the chief physician is not in his place!!! He is rude, and when asked to make an appointment with the chief physician, he refuses with the wording - I don't want to! It's that simple. It feels like the secretary is the main one in the clinic. Maybe someone from the ministry is "protecting" her :) I can't find any other explanation for her actions. Since complaints were written not only by me but also by dozens of people, but there were zero reactions - the answer is the same for everyone: "... a conversation was held. Your appeal is under control ..." It has been under control for 2 years, but there are no conclusions.
The registration system is generally a separate topic. It is not possible to conclude a contract, since it is not possible to enter everything in electronic form. IT's ALREADY 2020, the 21st century - how is there no opportunity?
In general, the clinic is not very good - although there are no complaints about doctors and nurses, they work in good faith.
22 years with this clinic, I can't write anything bad, maybe I was lucky with a pediatrician. In general, everything is like everywhere else, queues, you will not get out of the clinic quickly. Not all specialists are available, this is a disadvantage.
