We waited for 10-15 minutes, because the room was not ready yet. The kettle was missing, it was brought the next day in a semi-working condition. The electric stove is antediluvian, only a small one worked out of 2 burners. From the dishes - the minimum necessary. The pan is terrible. There is a dishwashing detergent, a sponge, toilet paper and a couple of pieces of small soap. Shampoo, gel - there is nothing. Towels are provided (large and medium), they promised to change every 2 days. In fact, only 1 time they brought a clean set, then they offered to wash it themselves, they can dry it. There is a washing machine, but you need to buy the powder yourself. Air conditioning in both rooms, working properly. The location of the hotel is good, near the port, the old town, the embankment. It's nice to take a walk at any time of the day. The free beach is about a 30-minute walk away. Prices in establishments for food are cosmic! Above the Moscow ones! And to taste - they often leave much to be desired.

Avoid this place!!! The service is disgusting. The arrogance and greed of the Turkish mentality in all its glory. Strong audibility. Everything inside is smoked. Mud! There is no elevator between the 1st and 2nd floors and the 4th and 5th. I rented a room in this hotel for $ 72 / night, for a week, I don't know how I managed to pay 500 $, bribed by a polite receptionist at that time, whom no one later saw. I arrived with my wife and a small child of 1.8 years old. A small room of 25 meters, with a low ceiling that can be touched with your head and a balcony with a great view. On the third day of our stay, we asked if we could ask for cleaning, to which the administrator replied that there was a long queue for cleaning, please remind us tomorrow. The next day, they said that cleaning was not provided, or for extra money. We were shocked. On the 5th day, they promised cleaning again, and after that they refused to do it again. The young administrators are one more impudent than the other. A cleaning lady with an impudent face, exhaling cigarette smoke at us, said pay extra and so it's not up to you. After paying so much money, we sat in a dirty hotel with no cleaning facilities, we had to wash the laundry ourselves, beg for paper and bags. For the first time in my life, I wanted to smash this shithouse. Probably these guys regularly change the name of the institution to remove negative reviews, but in fact they all need to be brought up together, taught to work, a team of clueless. Their task is to rob you and then not to hit a finger so that you have a comfortable time. It would be good for them to read what a hotel is and how it works. The view from the window is great.

To begin with, the ISLAND threw me abroad for the second time, they do not check the correspondence of photos with reality at all! The photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality! I ordered a room with a balcony and a sea view, in fact, they just have photos of shared rooms!! I could easily pay extra and take this room, but there were only all the photos that didn't really match. I was kept in the heat for 3 hours with the child, solving the issue with this problem. In the end, we found out that the balcony was not listed anywhere and I had to move into another room, since the child was already hysterical, sitting in a smoky room on a stripped sofa. Yes, it was not bad and with a view, but I stayed at this hotel for the sake of a balcony overlooking the sea. A hotel employee tried to help us, even found me a room, but with an additional payment in a lot of cash, and cash is valuable nowadays)), and the island never admitted its guilt, the best gift, thank you))) there are problems with cleaning in this hotel. they prepare the rooms very poorly. there was dirt and dust under the bed, all the dishes were dirty, the pans stank like a nightmare. I bought new dishes, washed all the linen, fortunately the washing machine matched the description), and yes, you have to pay 300 lira for cleaning and take out the garbage yourself, I do not advise, they will clean up as well as you drove in. There's no way. Also, the window did not close, I told the employee about it-two weeks have passed-nothing. To order again through the Island -no, this is a lottery at our expense. 2 stars for the employee and location
