A very strange attitude towards customers and "store rules" that contradict the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. I bought a bracelet for a watch for 342 thousand, not a little for a bracelet, it, alas, turned out to be long. I came to the store to change it, I can't even return it, although I have the right to do so. And what happened?! I spent 40 minutes convincing the store employee and some other 2 girls on the phone (the employee called someone) to replace my bracelet! How do you like this attitude? They told me on the phone that "according to the rules of the store, we do not change bracelets"! My words that their rules contradict the Law were unconvincing and had no effect on their decision. In the end, by some miracle, it did happen and they agreed to change my bracelet, but then another problem arose. The other bracelet cost 42 thousand soums less! And we spent another 15 minutes deciding what to do with this difference)) I was offered to buy pens, lighters, and upgrade my purse) After someone else called, the difference was still returned to me from the cash register.
Conclusion: be careful when buying in this store, if something does not fit, you will be told about the illegal rules of the store. Think about whether it's worth wasting your time and nerves.
