I visited this bakery a couple of days ago. I took a samsa with chicken and a bun spilled with sugar cream. The name samsa is just a name, just a chicken patty, went into the trash after the first bite, dry inside is terribly simple. And a bun made from the same dough. The bakery does not bother at all with the dough for its buns, pies and pizzas. Never set foot there again. And I would like the administration to study the materials on the recipe specifically for Samsa with chicken. Or change the name to pie.
There is no change, they always take out a bun with poppy seeds and cinnamon from under the table. And they are constantly "toasted", then without sprinkling, then once again half of the cinnamon muffin tasted like a mushroom pie!! This is completely absurd! The child started spitting, and I finally tried it and realized what the reason was.
And in general, the advice is to change the staff. The service is like in the cheapest diner, maybe they spit when they cook, I wouldn't be surprised!
For about a year I've been going there almost every day for a smazhenka with chicken - the best bun in the world. If I were making up a shooting gallery of tandoor buns, the smazhenka with chicken alone would occupy the S rank. The staff are polite, helpful, cozy)
