Unfortunately, my experience with shopping at this store was extremely negative. The sellers constantly looked unhappy, their faces expressed only irritation. All questions were answered with obvious mockery and rudeness, creating the feeling that they were completely uninterested in helping customers. It left a very unpleasant impression, and I don't think I'll come back here again.

Initially, a sales consultant with experience worked with me, but for some reason I was then transferred to another girl. And the fact that she picked up Chanel mascara for me afterwards was a nightmare, I didn't like it at all. I asked her if there would be any black circles when removing makeup, but she claimed that everything would be OK! As a result, this burnt mascara for such money leaves black marks even when you have just applied it. It's a pity for the money! You constantly have to check the lower part of your eyes and wipe them. It is because of such mascara that wrinkles appear.
