It's a disgusting place. I made the order through the website. I arrived an hour later to pick up the order, but they don't even have it in the database. When asked why, the girl stared at me and said "you need to ask the online store" and stood looking at me. He doesn't know how to contact this store. I did not immediately find their phone, I called, and they say to me, "well, actually, our orders are processed for at least an hour, yours has not yet been processed," of course, you need to be born with this knowledge, otherwise how do you know it when after ordering they write to you, "the product is in stock in the store, you can pick it up at a convenient time for you." I don't know where the excitement about polite and responsive sellers came from, apparently I was unlucky, since I had to solve the whole situation on my own on the spot, while the seller silently blinked and said "I do not know" like a broken robot. But most of all, I was outraged when, after the purchase, I looked at the expiration date in front of the cash register - up to 10.22, and I made the purchase on 05.22, that is, 5 months for a large jar of emulsion)) which says that economical use.... and again, I hear "well, that's why we have a 60% discount on it"... that is, again, I somehow have to know this from somewhere, when it is not said anywhere or in any way, but it says that discounts, because the liquidation of the store ...
Why talk about such nuances before buying - this is superfluous for them, they bought it - and it's great. And then when you find it at home, there is no return.
I strongly advise you not to take it, there are other places with Korean cosmetics and adequate service. And if you decide to take it, then be sure to check the deadlines before buying!!

I recently received my own set of cosmetics for face care. I exclusively order now only here, I really like the quality of the products and the work of the store's specialists. The site is very convenient, there is a description for each product, price tags, special thanks for the fast delivery and ordering. I take not only cosmetics for the face, but also I really love their hair masks (the result after 2 months of use is gorgeous). I will continue to order only here.
