It's a terrible salon. I advise no one to even approach him. Paid fitting, rudeness and deception!
Ruined nerves, a crooked dress as a result, and a lot of money was ripped off.
When I came to the fitting, I liked one of the dresses, the price was clearly too high, but the salon has a 10% discount upon signing the contract on the day of the fitting, and of course, like many girls, I agreed emotionally. The dress had to be sewn for me, because the windbreaker didn't have my size (it was short, and I chose a different top).
After 2 days, I find exactly the same dress in a salon in our city for $ 250 cheaper.
Of course, I immediately write to the seller asking him to cancel the tailoring and terminate the contract (an advance payment of $ 100 was made) and of course they refuse me, assuring me that the dress is already being sewn and nothing can be canceled.
Of course, I didn't want to lose money, and I had hope for the professionalism of the salon (which is very wrong, of course, it would have been better to lose $ 100).
It's been 1.5 months, and they're calling me for my first fitting. When I come to the salon, they give me a dress too (with a short skirt for me), and only a top sewn to it from another dress (very crooked and not straight). My complaints are answered that I am simply too tall for this model (I remind you that the dress was made to order), but if I want to change it, I have to pay extra. I was totally shocked. They started being rude to me, saying that they had nothing to do with it, and they responded very aggressively to all my comments.
With grief, they agreed to redo it. Then I screwed up my joints 2 more times (crooked sleeves and folds on the petticoat).
Paying $650 for an organza dress (not the most expensive material) I got: crooked seams on the dress, wasted nerves and only disappointment.
I do not recommend this salon and its owner to anyone, who does not even know the basic answers to questions about sewing, answering that she is not a seamstress, everything is sewn somewhere in Mogilev and she is not involved.
I really regret that I spent so much money and nerves on this salon, so, dear girls, I highly recommend that you contact other salons in our city.
