I bought pulse 3d headphones in this sony center store for 53 thousand rubles, the headphones did not meet expectations:(the sound is average, the microphone is slightly better than the headphones for 2000-3000 thousand, but 1+ is still there, it's good sound insulation and good positioning, but that's the end of the +s, the headphones after half an hour begin to press the ears and become uncomfortable in them, the price is too high "overpriced"! I wanted to make a return of the goods, I was refused
because of a small tear in the "outer box"! Although it is written on the website that you can return the money without any questions within 14 days after purchase! And not a word about the fact that the product must have a return: "presentation! "although all the components and the product itself were in perfect condition for only 2 days, I was told upon return that: it should have a marketable appearance due to the fact that they will "sell it again!" It turns out that half of their goods can already be disclosed, used and returned by someone??! I don't set foot in this store anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Expectations from the store were not met, as I expected to see the full range of products under the Sony brand, since the name is “Centre”, but the fact is far from the name. The sales consultant did his job, but he didn't do it cordially. After traveling a long way across the city by subway and on foot, I realized that it was not worth it.
