The idea of the shopping center is simply magnificent, the main alley of the shopping center is open-air, and not just, but in the middle of shopping stores-buildings and cafe-buildings runs a small river-channel, along which there are walking streets-paths on both banks, which in turn are framed in the embankment and more streets are made in two and three tiers from which the entrance to the buildings where various shops and cafes are located is carried out, the tiers are connected by stairs, elevators and excavators, it looks picturesque and interesting. In the central part, on the left and right banks of the embankment, a light and musical fountain is made, the jets of which are directed to the opposite banks, in the evening, when it gets dark, the fountain is turned on and you can see its colorful performance. Pedestrian bridges are additionally thrown across the river, small shapes, benches and plants are placed on the streets, it looks great) However, so far the occupancy rate of buildings for shops and cafes is about 50%, plus not all the territory has been completed yet, further development along the length of the river is underway, completion of buildings downstream, decoration and landscaping. Another disadvantage is that there are few shops here and those that exist mostly will not be of great interest, while the emphasis here is only on cafes. Despite this, you can already visit this place, take a walk with pleasure, look into a cafe to your liking and see the assortment presented in stores.

A wonderful place for a family holiday with a variety of places for entertainment! I definitely recommend everyone to take a walk near a beautiful river with their own musical fountain! A large selection of catering outlets for every taste! Convenient location. There is not enough parking space, but there is a large mall nearby with its own large parking lot.

I want to leave a review of OTTO's restaurant. My friends and I are going to OTTO's restaurant today on 12/28/2024. The cuisine is very terrible, the dishes are absolutely all kinds of hot food, what is shown on the menu, but they brought something completely different and even cold. They cook for a very long time. And also very very expensive prices. The worst part is at the end, when we paid the bill, they gave us a check with a QR code that had already been withdrawn by the cashback. This is the finish line.

A crowded place with new brands, cafes and beautiful decoration. So far, it is still under construction - new establishments are opening. There are 2 floors. Very annoying photographers who take pictures without warning and try to impose their services. Their behavior is unnerving. You can go for a walk, drink coffee, eat different food. I recommend Kitsune Cafe. There's a good ramen there. The prices are inflated with the pretense that the place is a party place, but in fact, it is unreasonable. The service is so-so, which is typical for Uzbekistan. There is room to grow.

A great idea, with a bad implementation. It turned out to be a kind of poor hell, instead of a pleasant quarter on the river embankment.
So far, only lunch and breakfast establishments are open, but the merciless heat and a small amount of shade will not allow you to enjoy it.
