I visited the Tea House House No. 1 and was pleasantly surprised! This place captivated me with its atmosphere and attention to detail. The music is perfectly chosen here — it creates a relaxing mood and allows you to fully enjoy the evening. I especially want to mention the cocktails — they are simply masterpieces! We visited this place with my mother on December 15, the food was impeccable, the coffee was delicious, the waiters were incredibly friendly and pleasant, BUT it was as unpleasant as possible to sit and watch the restaurant administrator (a light girl in a white shirt) walking around the hall and looking at each table to see if we were dirty plates, literally every 10 minutes of our time at the table, I watched the girl walk with an imposing gait and poke her nose at every spot on the table. The waiters walk like scared, sometimes you want simple communication between the staff and the guest, and not a forced smile from the waiter. The establishment also lacks a hostess who will be responsible for seating guests at the tables, because it is not comfortable to approach the staff and ask if there are free tables, do not spare money to hire additional employees, so it will become easier for everyone. There are absolutely no questions for chefs, waiters, bartenders, but there are already questions for management, get to work, your employees know what they are doing :)
