I had an extremely negative experience with this travel agency, which I want to share to warn others. During one of their excursions, I became very ill, and although I informed the guide Lourdes of my well-being, I did not receive the attention and help I needed. The most disturbing thing was that instead of helping me, Lourdes decided to ignore me, leaving me in a serious situation. Therefore, I had to wait for the end of the journey to be treated by paramedics, who kept me in the hospital until dawn. This was not only irresponsible, but also demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and attention to the safety and well-being of their customers. If you are considering a tour with this company, I recommend that you think twice. The health and safety of customers should be the number one priority, and unfortunately this company has failed on both counts. Moreover, the company rejected all my claims, avoiding responsibility and demonstrating complete disinterest in dealing with the claims of its clients. Don't trust them. Although they may seem serious at first glance, they are not. I hope no one else will have to face such a negative experience as mine!
