I will tell you about the experience of visiting this dry cleaner. So I bring 2 T-shirts, a white one and a pink one, and I tell the guy at the reception that there are stains that I want to remove and that I need a pink T-shirt on Friday already, and it doesn't matter how long the white one will be done. To which he replies that it takes a couple of days to remove the stains and that I can pick up both T-shirts on Friday. I come on Friday and they tell me it will be ready tomorrow at lunch. I say, "How? I need a pink one today." And what do you think? I stand at the reception for 10 minutes and they take out my T-shirts with the words refund. Without explanation or anything else. I ask you to call a senior or a manager. He comes and I still don't get an explanation for why this happened. They just returned the same T-shirts to me, only they were also wrinkled. He also tells me, "we can iron and steam the pink T-shirt," but I'll have to pay the price for a full dry cleaning. Disgusting!
