A large airport. On arrival, we got to the far entrance, so we walked for a long time. There are enough toilets in the corridor, there are travelators.
On departure, we got into a giant traffic jam at passport control. One unhurried specialist for several hundred passengers. When everyone realized that they were not boarding, a violent protest began to take place in the queue. They demanded the administration. As a result, 4 more specialists came who worked quickly. We managed to reach our gate in time... The flight was delayed for an hour. The Portuguese... the unhurried Portuguese...
