We had a rest in July-August 2024. A very pleasant, friendly place. Nice rooms, well-groomed comfortable territory. Parking on site, which was very important for us. Mega friendly hosts, always ready to help, tell, orient. I would also like to mention the organization of walks in Abkhazia, thanks a lot to Roma - the walk to the waterfalls was unforgettable)))) Thank you for the positive atmosphere in this guest house!!!! Hello everyone! We stayed at this hotel in August 2022. My wife and I were very, very satisfied. The hotel has a cafe where delicious food is prepared and a selection of dishes is available. Also from the hotel on the coast there is a restaurant,,miamor_ochamchira,, 👍 Friendly and pleasant hosts. They will tell you everything that is interesting, they will show you, if it is necessary to go with you, they will go and help. In short, my wife and I are delighted. Now only there.
The year is 2024 at the moment.
We had a vacation with my wife in August.

We chose this place based on reviews and were very satisfied! Convenient location, everything is nearby, and the sea, and the market, and shops, and a bus stop, and a beautiful new embankment! The room is sick, clean, everything is new and modern. but the main thing is the cordiality and hospitality of the hosts and all the staff. Everyone is trying very hard. I also liked the cafe very much, there were, of course, incidents. For example, they tried to eat meat in Abkhazia, three times they brought us different dishes, which of them was real, remained a mystery. Or they served sausages in a cellophane shell. The husband, a chef with experience, just smiled, cleaned and ate). These funny little things only brightened up the rest, because everything was really delicious and satisfying! Many thanks to the hosts! We sincerely recommend this place for a relaxing holiday and interesting excursions!

Nice, spacious rooms. On the second floor there is a balcony, on the first floor there is no balcony.
But on the ground floor the rooms are two-room, or with extra beds (family).

A wonderful cozy place! Excellent food, reasonable prices and sincere friendly hosts: Sasha, Masha, Nadezhda Yakovlevna and Maria. We really felt the Abkhazian hospitality.
There are interesting places near the guest house: the reservoir in Gal, the hydroelectric power station, Akarmara, Tkuarchal, hot springs and the Otapa cave.
We recommend this guest house to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and cozy stay in Abkhazia.

We were in Ochamchire in the first half of August 2024. We lived in another place, but we went there to eat every day. Their cuisine is excellent! The prices are pleasing!
It's quiet, peaceful, and cozy inside. There is a recreation area.
A great place to stay, as well as for those who are looking for a place where you can have a delicious meal.
Besides, the location is great! To the sea, 10 min walk. You will come to the very center of the embankment.

I really liked it, we had a rest in the summer of 2023.
The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel has a recreation area, parking and a cafe where the food is just super (thanks to the chefs).
The city is sparsely populated, there are not many tourists
Very calm and quiet.
It won't do for fans of fun and parties.
For a relaxing family holiday 👍
When we first arrived, I wanted to go to another place, but after living there for 9 days, we did not regret that we stayed.

Large double rooms, adequate hosts. The family rooms are very small and the walls in them are dark blue, for an amateur. Cleaning on demand, once a week for sure. There is a cafe under the hotel, it is noisy in the evening on some days. There are few people, but not a few. The Internet (Wi-Fi) is frankly weak. TV is not in every room and via the Internet (taking into account the weak Wi-Fi, consider that it is not available during rush hour ...). Refrigerators are only in double rooms, in family rooms - on the floor. The tap water is excellent, you can drink it. The bathroom and shower are excellent. It's close to the sea. Shops and a market are nearby. There is no kitchen for cooking. There are more advantages than disadvantages. I recommend.

We had a rest in Alexandria in July 2023, we liked everything very much. The rooms are clean and spacious, each has air conditioning. We were pleased with the large beds.
There is a cafe on the ground floor, the food is delicious and inexpensive. Very tasty salads made from local vegetables.
5-10 minutes to the sea, the beach itself is quite secluded, there is no crowd as in many resorts, you can relax with your company.
The hosts are very pleasant and hospitable, offering interesting excursions both to the famous sights of Abkhazia and to little-known interesting places. We especially liked the horseback riding and the Chernihiv gorge - I recommend it to everyone.

If you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city - you are definitely in the eyes. Accommodation in the city center. Attentive staff. There is a cafe on site with regular prices and delicious food. The rooms are spacious. A large area. A well-maintained garden on the plot in front of the house. The beach is within walking distance.
The hosts will always offer a tour of the surrounding area, if you are interested in mountains, rivers and other attractions - everything will be fine!
Of the minuses, there is no room cleaning - but I think you can negotiate if you wish.

We had a rest in Alexandria in August 2023 with a large company! The hotel is located in the village of Ochamchira. A great place for a free holiday with its own traditions and history!
This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms with all amenities, a private cafe with excellent cuisine for every taste and age.
If you want a comfortable stay without a lot of people and with responsive staff, we recommend staying at the Alexandria

We have been vacationing in Alexandria since August of this year. We were looking for a relaxing holiday with our family.
As a result, we toured many attractions, did not lie seals for a day and brought a lot of emotions.
Thanks to the owner Alexander for organizing trips and a warm welcome, Nadezhda Yakovlevna for her kindness and care, and all the employees of Alexandria for our successful vacation and delicious food.
Maria helped my mother with ordering a cake for my thirtieth birthday, and the whole hotel celebrated it as a result!)
We will return here next year, I hope. We felt even better there than at home.

It's a great place. We stayed with them for 2 weeks in 2019 and 2021.
I really liked that a few people, especially on the beach, are always well fed, well-developed infrastructure (near the market, shops, telecom operators, wine shops, gas stations, even animators for other children ordered).
I discovered that if on the way to the sea children do not see sweets, toys and all kinds of buns for sale, then they do not want them)). Everything is fine with this, which you can't say about the fancy resorts of our country, where until you reach the sea you can become impoverished by a couple of thousand and still have to stay)).
It is convenient to travel by car. There are many attractions (New Athos, Khashupse, Akarmara, Bzyb, Ritsa, Sukhum, Gagra, Orthodox monasteries, Kyndyg thermal spring, Olginsky, Duripsh, etc.)

We have a family vacation, always in Alexandria because:
- the rooms are good, they have everything you need.
- the territory is guarded, Parking is private.
- delicious food in the cafe, you can order according to your preferences.
- there is a huge canopy to sit in the shade, a barbecue area, a pond, you can sunbathe on the territory.
- the sea is clean, there are not many people on the beach.

We lived in a room for 4 guests. There was no kettle and glasses, if you want tea in the cafe at the hotel, two glasses - the third as a gift, for one guest. There are also only 2 chairs in the room for 4 guests.

We love Abkhazia very much! We usually rested in Pitsunda, this summer we decided to go 10 days away to Ochamchira after Lidzawa. A wonderful place, quiet, peaceful, children have something to do on the territory of the hotel. VERY tasty food in the cafe! The prices pleased me too. Tangerine juice, desserts - at the highest level) The rooms have everything you need, clean and tidy. Cleaning on request, laundry is not expensive. It was convenient with the children. The Internet would be a little better, but this is a problem, as I understand it, in the whole of Abkhazia. In principle, there was enough Internet for all basic information needs🙂The sea is clean, the beach is free, there are pebbles and sand. You can jump off the breakwaters. A trip to the waterfalls, to Tkuarchal, the Bedian temple left a lot of impressions! Sukhum is close. Beautiful nature, sunrises, sunsets!
