I will give an assessment as an employer. If you go to work here, then do not expect that in the first half year of work you will earn much more than your salary. Moreover, from the third month there will be an intensity in calls. The main major projects are led by the director and the commercial director. By the way, the latter gives very valuable advice and you can learn a lot from him! But in general, the company will not appreciate you very much, since no one from the new employees stays there for a long time. And be prepared for the fact that when you are fired and your salary is paid, all bonuses will be cut. In general, I do not recommend going to work for this company.
