I was there with the kids today, I'm just shocked by their service!! The girl takes the order for a long time,, 1️⃣ because she does not understand Russian, I had to explain to her what we need to buy 2️⃣, only when paying they say the card does not work,I had to look for an ATM to withdraw cash,3️⃣ when they took the order there were no juice cups,they said that glasses should be bought from them separately🤑How come we bought juice from them and what to drink with our hands🫤4️⃣ napkins were given one for three 🥴 !! 🤬😡I concluded that we will not eat more "Les Ailes", and if we go in, we will definitely eat from other bona fide competitors!!!
