- During group workouts, the noise level from music + the trainer's microphone exceeds the norm, which can lead to hearing problems, Apple Watch constantly sends notifications about noise, I go to group sessions with earplugs or noise-canceling headphones
No loyalty to customers, lack of basic skills and knowledge of the services provided. I arrived this morning (Saturday) for training. At the check in, it turned out that my annual Gold membership expired today. I asked, "How much does the extension cost?" and we looked at the computer for a long time, called our colleagues, and eventually announced the price. I ask the guys at the reception to extend me for another half a year (at first I had to wake up the guy sleeping right at the counter), but I will make the payment at the next training session, since I did not know and did not remember when my annual subscription ends, so I did not take that much money with me. They refused. I ask if there is an opportunity to pay for one training session, since I have already tuned in and arrived for training, but they refused. I will not write down the cost of the purchased annual subscription and the cost of extending it for half a year, and so it is clear that it is not cheap, since they position themselves as a premium segment. In general, the advice is exclusively to the staff: when you pay out such a sum of money, you want to get the appropriate service, loyalty and customer orientation, but in the end I felt not quite welcome in this institution.
