An old kindergarten where a hospital appeared from somewhere. Everything is old and already decayed, causes some kind of longing and sadness. I would not like to return here. Although most of the doctors left a pleasant impression. The biggest disadvantage I would put to the work of the registry is that it is extremely difficult to find out if there is a doctor or not, often they simply do not answer the call for several hours and you spend your time to come to find out that there is no doctor and so on for several iterations.

Good afternoon! Today, on 02.12.2023, my wife sought medical help (to remove the plaster on her leg) after a crack in her finger) at polyclinic 9 at the place of temporary registration. The cast was removed by a traumatologist, presumably Abdullaev Nodyr. (As I understand it, there is only one traumatologist there). As part of the procedure (cutting the bandage with scissors), he severely injured my wife's leg (see photo, unfortunately, he did it only 11 hours after the incident). The wound was not treated or disinfected. Whether he worked with sterile scissors or not is unknown. As a result of the procedure, a control X-ray was not performed. Just an inspection. I consider what happened to be gross negligence and unprofessionalism. Because it is almost impossible to cut his leg with scissors while removing the bandage, but he was able to. Because after that he did not treat the wound. I ask you to conduct an internal audit on this fact and make a decision on compliance with the standards of medical services and on the compliance of this employee with his position. As part of the procedure, the doctor said: "Wash well at home," which indicates the attitude of this clinic towards patients.
