We took the cat to the groomer 3 times (to a woman
of about 30 years old) I don't remember her name.
This time, we started noticing that our cat
was behaving strangely at home, hiding at home and not
being picked up (this had never happened before).Then they found
a cut on him that they didn't even
tell us about, we found it only for the 3rd day.
This time I went with the cat myself and asked
to see how the procedure was going, but
they began to persuade me to leave (one might say not
to allow) to attend the procedure.
To my questions, "Where did he get the cut and why
did his fur grow so badly?!"They told me
they didn't know anything, and then they found
fleas (which he didn't have at all!
After examining it myself at home, I
made sure that it was clean and there were no parasites).
When the cat was taken away by a groomer, it was obvious how
much he was afraid of her.
This was our last time in this salon.
Plus, every time we visited, the cost was announced
higher and higher.

Good afternoon. I was at your Zoogrooming salon yesterday and I want to say a big thank you to Master Irina for cutting my Yorkshire terrier Cosmos and for useful tips on caring for my baby. A very attentive and careful master, a professional in his field. In general, I was very satisfied, the level is at its height, I boldly recommend the Zoogrooming salon. A very nice place where your pets will be treated with love. We have been grooming our dog there for several years and are always happy
