Geneva is not the greenest city on earth, but it has several interesting parks. Ariana Park is famous for the fact that on its territory there is a complex of buildings of the Palais des Nations, including the palace itself, built a little less than a century ago specifically for meetings of the League of Nations.
And in the park there are century-old trees, peacocks, fountains, original monuments and sculptures (mostly gifts from different countries to the United Nations), a beautiful view of the Alps.
The park is interesting not only for the fact that peacocks roam there, but also for interesting historical sites-monuments. This is a rare chalet, as well as monuments from the USSR in honor of space exploration.
A beautiful park on the territory of which the UN Palace of Nations is located.Lots of greenery, beautiful views of Lake Geneva and the mountains, sheep and peacocks)
