The best dining room of those where I have been in Minsk (I work constantly on trips around the city in different directions) - this dining room is simply the TOP in terms of price / quality ratio. According to the price tag, on average, salad, soup, second course and compote will cost 6-7 rubles, which is 10-15% lower than the average in Minsk. The food is delicious.
Of the cons - there are no pepper shakers on the tables )

Well, we all realized that I liked the soup, let's talk about the service! Nice staff, very clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, I was offended by the lack of liquid soap at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. A disinfectant is available. Although there is no liquid soap, but I put 5, I liked the soup very much.
I judge very abstractly, because I only ate soup. But as my dad used to say, "if it's good here, then the rest will be the same."

Decent and cheap food for the canteen.
There are enough disadvantages: there are no knives (you can buy a plastic one), there is no hand dryer or paper towels in the toilet, everything needs repair.
But hey, this is a canteen, not a restaurant.
