It's hard for Russian-speaking people. Because of the construction site , the passage is simply terrible . In general, I am satisfied.
They work pretty fast, they were updated in just half an hour. But the operator who deals with the driver's license is one in this queue is quite large and in the center the other 5-6 operators are sitting on the phone from idleness.
I was here at the end of June, I was doing a passport. There was no queue. I did everything quickly, paid for it and received it after the holidays on the second day. But there are huge queues for a regular operator. You can sit for two hours.
