The flight was canceled in 2 days, the office was very unreliable, it was already impossible to find another flight, because everything is busy everywhere! Extremely unprofessional, that's really "horns and hooves".

Terrible service. The flight was cancelled twice. The repeated cancellation was announced 10 minutes before the expected departure. We have contacted support. Kirill (as he introduced himself to us) answered extremely unprofessionally, saying that he was asleep at 4 a.m. and was not obliged to send us a cancellation message. Terrible service, moral damage, financial losses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Horns and Hooves Office
