We often go in with my wife and children to get pastries and coffee. The food and drinks are top notch. But lately, Nikita's employee's arrogance has been pushing him away. There is no politeness in the conversation, and excessive mannerisms make you feel uncomfortable. It made it unpleasant to come to you. In the future, we are thinking of stopping coming to you, and this is very sad. We hope you will become better and take a more thorough approach to recruiting staff. There are no questions for the girls. They are very friendly and helpful. As a father of two children, I am disgusted by communication and contact with a man like Nikita.

I was in Minsk the other day.I was in a hurry and stopped by your bakery for coffee.I really wanted to be served faster.And hooray! I was very lucky to have a barista, Mikhail.Thanks to him for his efficiency and professionalism.I visit Minsk often and I will definitely visit your bakery again.
