The wedding was celebrated on 09/06/2024 in a small banquet hall. Everything was on top! We would like to say a special Thank you for the professionalism and patience of the administrator Galina, she was in touch with us constantly, all our wishes were taken into account and fulfilled! Beautiful decoration of dishes, delicious food, polite and friendly waiters, all issues were resolved instantly. We were very comfortable with you. Thanks to all the staff of the kitchen and restaurant, thanks to the staff of the reception of the hotel for solving issues with underground parking. Thank you for the excellent musical accompaniment - thanks to the girl who played the electronic violin. This evening turned out to be sincere, warm, cheerful and delicious for us. A great hotel with a classic-style history. The rooms are clean, not stuffy, comfortable and not at all noisy. Location - the very heart of the city, close to many attractions, excellent restaurants, cafes. The staff at the hotel is wonderful, the breakfasts are excellent. I put a 5 plus and recommend it

04/20/2024 A wedding for 40 people was celebrated. We had the main hall + banquet hall for a buffet at our disposal. A wonderful bonus from the restaurant was the musical performance of the artist at the piano.
It is a very beautiful and cozy hall, you fall in love with it at first sight - you do not need large investments in the decoration. Velvet chairs and brass cutlery create a festive atmosphere.
Clear and attentive work of the staff.
Very tasty high-quality cuisine!
We definitely recommend it!!!

The price is in euros in terms of Belarusian rubles , and if you pay with a mir card, you get a double conversion. As a result, instead of 75,000 ( ( Russian ), I paid 84,000₽. 10p exclusively on the course. This room is not worth the money for 4d ...
For small things - somewhere the wallpaper is peeled off , the sink is split , etc .

Everything is clean everywhere and at an ideal level, where we swore at the table, the administrator came up and tried to find out on what issue, and we just teased for yesterday's dinner in another institution. We stayed at the Europa Hotel and decided to try out breakfast, we made a real mistake. It took 30 to 40 minutes to wait for the scramble, and its taste reminded me of something very unpleasant, like the burp of a cook. As for the cheesecakes, it's better to keep silent about them: they were absolutely tasteless. Leaving the dishes practically untouched, we noticed that the waitress, without showing interest in the reasons for our dissatisfaction, collected the plates with obvious irritation and disappeared behind the kitchen doors.
Would I recommend this breakfast? It's more of a no than a yes. I will not discuss the rest of the dishes, but breakfast clearly does not deserve even a minimal rating. The restaurant should assemble a team that is really interested in making the customers happy.

We were at the anniversary - the banquet hall. The service is decent. But the food. I didn't like many of the snacks. Fillet fish should be pitted. I do not know who might like an almost lean dish: boiled carrots, fish, mashed baked. The dish is not brought to taste.
Kebabs are normal, but they should be served with sauce. At the banquet, they offered us to buy sauce for an additional fee. The waiters worked 100%.

Responsive staff. We had lunch with my husband at this restaurant. My husband ate a hodgepodge, delicious, but without enthusiasm. I ate Caesar salad (they call it differently), it was very tasty, the sauce is just super!

On the weekend we were on the terrace in the carriage 😇
Service for 4*:
- there were no napkins on the tables
- the waiter did not know the positions of the menu, carelessly cleaned and took away the dishes
- the cutlery was brought from different sets, visually different
- the wine glasses are not grated, with water drops.
The prices are very affordable 5*.
Desserts taste so-so 3*
I don't know about the level of the restaurant inside, but in the carriage it's just a cafe.

It wasn't crowded, even though it was Saturday night. I was upset by the lack of a fairly popular Pinot Grigio wine. Traditionally unhurried service. But this is probably the norm in local restaurants. However, the pancakes were excellent!!!

In short, the price tag, like in a cool restaurant, the quality of the food, like in a cheap cafe, the service was waited for an hour and a half.
I called the restaurant and booked a table. It also seemed to me that the man answered me with some surprise.
We arrived on a weekday evening, usually in restaurants at such a time, 2/3 of the tables are occupied. There were 0 (zero) seats occupied. It should have surprised me, of course, but nevertheless. The waiter fussily sat us down at the table, found the menu, and disappeared.
The food was served in, I'm not kidding, an hour and a half later. So it would be fine if it tasted like 40 rubles / dish - no, it was a little worse than in ordinary cafes.
As I understand it, the restaurant keeps such price tags because of the premium hotel upstairs - well-off guests are served weak dishes with high prices on a call from the room, and everything is fine.
The restaurant is not for visitors, but for cutting coupons from hotel guests.
