Terrible store! 5 years ago, it was a great store where you could buy a lot of goods. Now there is no choice, and I am silent about the prices. The store is quite large in size, but the shelves are empty and there is almost nothing to take. There are constant queues, 2 ticket offices are open during rush hour. Eternal queues at the ticket offices. Why put self-service cash desks if they managed to create a queue there, because today, on 10/22/2024, at about 13.00, none of the 3 cash desks worked. When I asked the cashier to turn on the machine, I heard a counter offer to take the end of a long queue at her cash register, because she can't leave people. When asked to give a book of complaints and suggestions, I ran into the rudeness of the guard (who, by the way, was in his booth with a lady at that moment)). The poor manager tried to apologize for everyone, but it would be useless if everything was the same tomorrow. In a bare place, as if consciously, a reason for people's discontent is created. I really count on the response and timely response of the network management.
