There is also a queue at the checkout (without a ticket). I ordered a HUMO card, two weeks have passed today, the card is still not ready (they promised to do it in a week).

And the bank's client, in order to receive interest on a deposit or pay for opening a bank card, has to stand in a huge queue of students who pay for their studies. Is it really impossible to make a separate cash register for the contractor and the people who pay whom the servants. Or, as in the NBU, so that the operator, after servicing the customer, automatically transfers his queue to the cash registers. Apparently, the bank does not value its customers.
I was in this bank, a lot of people were inside, it was good that the right window was free, I quickly decided my business.
