To be honest, I don't understand what it's for. If you want to take pictures, you can just make a panoramic platform. It is more expensive to install an elevator than a staircase, and the elevator itself is bad from the inside, nothing is particularly visible and in general it is ineffective as a means of moving passengers

This elevator is not particularly suitable as an observation deck. For beautiful views, you need to go to the second one, which is to the east. This one is purely for getting to the sea or back.
