2 hours before we picked up the order, they send us a photo (for this plus, nothing to say) in advance, making it out, we clarified whether the exact same bouquet would turn out, we were told that yes , in the end they send a bouquet, well, twice less than in the photo , I ask where other flowers that are in the chosen composition, and only then we were told (a little more gently than in a boorish form) that there were problems with delivery, we had to redo everything and in the end the bouquet turned out completely different from what we wanted, they took it away, because it was needed urgently and there was no time to go somewhere in general, the service is at zero, the only advantage is that the flowers stood well
