They bought out our water supply, but everything remained the same as it was under Tsar Peas. The prices are stellar, and the floors are sagging, the furniture is like in a post-war rural school, the walls are shabby. In general, the horror is terrible
There are no words. One checkmate. There was still no heating in Tashkent. And it's unlikely that it will be on. What was done during the Soviet Union has almost exhausted its resources, but they have not learned how to do anything themselves.

Shakhrisabz street. The "hot water" in the tap is cool! It's cold to swim, and it's so year-round, besides these constant blackouts.. The maximum temperature in the faucet is +35-40 degrees! (at a rate of 50-75)
The question is, what are we paying for? For the water, which should be hot, but flows cool? My urine, sorry- and it's hotter! Please fix it. Thanks!
UPD: I arrived, left a request, the competent staff should come the next morning and fix it) the dispatcher himself, who accepts the request, is very good, very kind and polite, God grant him health and success) well, we will be watching☺️
If anything, here is the number of the control room (given by the dispatcher himself):
71-291-80-96 (because the numbers indicated in the cards are invalid, you can't get through to them)
Good luck to everyone!
Updated 10.10- everything was fixed without a visit to my house, the water flows hot, as it should. Thanks!
